As a Customer Onboarding Associate, you will train new customers, and help them configure, customize and integrate their Contactually accounts. You will understand customer use cases and help them optimize Contactually in a way that delivers maximum value for their business.
We are on the front lines, working proactively with our customers as advocates for their businesses and the philosophies we believe in that grow their businesses. Our goal is to ensure all customers see value from their subscription plan in a short amount of time.
We are looking for an individual who is humbly confident, driven to achieve results, focused on others, and intellectually curious. The work you do will help Contactually increase product adoption and engagement, and fundamentally change how your customers engage their network and manage their relationships.
