Customer Success Associate

If so you might be a great fit for Contactually in a role as a Customer Onboarding Associate.

As a Customer Onboarding Associate, you will train new customers, and help them configure, customize and integrate their Contactually accounts. You will understand customer use cases and help them optimize Contactually in a way that delivers maximum value for their business.

We are on the front lines, working proactively with our customers as advocates for their businesses and the philosophies we believe in that grow their businesses. Our goal is to ensure all customers see value from their subscription plan in a short amount of time.

We are looking for an individual who is humbly confident, driven to achieve results, focused on others, and intellectually curious. The work you do will help Contactually increase product adoption and engagement, and fundamentally change how your customers engage their network and manage their relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product customization, configuration and integration expert (you’ll go through a two week training program).
  • Host and facilitate daily one:one customer coaching calls and one:many webinars to get customer to first value quickly.
  • Create opportunities for customers to opt into higher value plans by clearly communicating how they will improve their business.
  • Use your creative and critical thinking to innovate on our existing processes and optimize them further.
  • Act as a liaison between the user and the Contactually Product and Engineering teams to provide product improvement suggestions and report technical issues.
  • Work with the Onboarding Team to hit goals that reduce the number of customers that choose to no longer subscribe

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
