Enterprise Business Development Associate

We’re looking for an Enterprise/Mid Market BDE to specialize in lead generation for our Enterprise and Mid Market Sales Team. By prospecting into large real estate teams and brokerages across the country, you’ll play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business! 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospect and cold call daily a high volume of Real Estate teams and brokerages and schedule meetings and/or calls for our Enterprise and Mid Market Sales Team.
  • Appropriately update and maintain our database (Salesforce.com), as it relates to contact information and sales activity.
  • Learn to demonstrate our solution
  • Continuously improve upon your sales acumen
  • Assist with the closing process, to include contract generation and other closing activities as assigned.

What else do we do?

  • As the team that directly talks to our enterprise prospects, the Enterprise/Mid Market Sales Team is a critical feedback hub for the product and marketing teams. Our meetings and conversations help to shape the direction of the product and the company’s image.
  • We iterate and improve on our sales and pipeline management processes to be as efficient and effective as possible.
  • We train to be better salespeople.
  • We acquire the tools, skills, track record, and product knowledge necessary to move into more senior positions at Contactually.
  • We love coffee, sing karaoke, occasionally crack the first beer at 4:55 instead of 5:00, and help make this company the biggest thing since sliced bread.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience selling to enterprise/mid-market customers
